How to Use This Build a Bug Activity:
Students examine an example card and build a matching bug using the building pieces. Three setup options:
🧲 Cookie Sheet / Magnet Center: Print pieces on magnetic paper and use on a cookie sheet for hands-on engagement 🌟 Magnet Center: Use as a magnetic activity in a center rotation ✂️ Cut and Glue Activity: Print and cut pieces, students glue onto a paper to create matching bugs
Built-in differentiation: Increase or decrease difficulty by giving students more or fewer building pieces to choose from!
