The Build it! Read it! Write it!  Insects Themed Sentence Builder is a beginning reading and writing activity.  In this activity, students build sentences by combining a sentence beginning with a themed picture to complete the sentences.  Beginnings included in this activity:  "I see, I saw, I like, I want and I have." Insect pictures included are: butterfly, ladybug, dragonfly, grasshopper, and bee. Students build the sentence, read the sentence and write the sentence to complete the activity.
