This Preposition Adapted Books Growing Bundle currently includes 30 adapted books that teach preposition or positional words, and reinforce colors and color words.
In these books, the teacher or therapist reads the story as the students identify the animal's/objects/or person's position in relation to the colored objects. Students will match a position or preposition card to each page as the teacher reads.
Students working at an independent level can work through the book in a workstation or literacy center. All of the books incorporate a basic repeating line of text. For example, in the "Where is Jelly Hiding" Adapted Book, the text reads like this:
"Where is Jelly hiding?
Where can he be?
He's ________ (in front of) the yellow fish,
as we can plainly see!"
This is a GROWING bundle. That means, once you purchase it, you will lock in the collection at a greatly reduced price,and lock in any of the future books that may be added to this collection at the price you paid that day. As I add more books, the price of the bundle will also increase. Although there are no promises or specific time tables for adding future books, I do plan on adding a few more this school year.
