"Santa's Flying Out" (Adapted Song Book) is a fun and interactive way to introduce and review Christmas themed vocabulary words with your students. It is sung to the familiar tune, "She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain."
Sample Verse:
"Santa's flying out to see us Christmas Day!
He will fly out in his favorite shiny sleigh!
He'll be bringing lots of candy--
Oh that Santa he's a dandy,
Watch his furry, flying reindeer lead the way!!!"
Students match the pictures and sing along as the teacher or therapist sings the song and moves through the pages. After the song is complete, students work through a Christmas labeling activity.
UPDATE! I have just updated this set to include two books! Also included is a "Movement Book," that focuses on gross motor skills or motor planning, following directions and imitation skills. I have also included "Movement Cards," that go along with the book.
