Back to School Making Inferences Adapted Book | Real Photos | I See People
Product Description
Build inferencing and vocabulary skills with this interactive back to school adapted book featuring real photos. Students use clues to identify people at school based on their roles, features, and actions.
As students move through the book, they listen to simple riddles, choose the correct picture, and turn the page to reveal the answer. This predictable, engaging format supports comprehension and active participation.
Sample Text:
"I see. I see.
Who can it be?
It's the person who stays in our classroom and teaches us how to read, write and
do math..."
(Students find the picture and turn the page to see the answer revealed.)
It's the teacher!
That's right!
A teacher stays in our classroom and teaches us how to read, write and do math."
After the students have worked through the book, there is an extension activity included where they can practice creating their own riddles. Students working independently may work through the book at a literacy center.
