Cows do.
And pigs too!
Who lives on the farm?
Sheep do.
And horses too!
Make a Match Farm Animal Mat:
In a small group, center or independent work station, students will complete the the non-identical matching mat. In other words, they will match a cow to a cow, a horse to a horse, a pig to a pig, etc. But the animals are not the same.
Farm Animals Big Flips Matching Activities:
There are three sets included for students working at three different levels. Level 1--Matching farm animals, picture to picture. Level 2--Matching each farm animal to the word. Level 3--Matching each farm animal to the sentence that describes them.
Farm Animals Wh-Questions:
This set of WH Questions includes 20 different questions about farm animals. Students can indicate their answers by pointing, clipping, or using a dry erase marker. Sample questions include:
Which one has feathers?
Which one is not an animal?
Which one has fur?
Which one can we ride?
Who works on a farm?
Interactive Bulletin Board Posters:
The interactive bulletin board posters can be displayed on your interactive bulletin board. Students can interact with the poster by matching the correct farm animal to each poster. You can also print and laminate a second set for your workstations or centers and put them on a metal ring to create another work task.
