The "What Did Native Americans Use?" Intro to Graphing Activity is a native american, American Indian or Thanksgiving themed activity that focuses on beginning graphing skills.  In your math center, a Native American scene is displayed on a cookie sheet.  Students look at the scene and count and graph the number of artifacts shown.
