This Thanksgiving Make and Trace Mats are a fun and seasonal way to practice basic counting skills (numbers 1-10), number recognition, number words and writing numbers and number words.

This download includes three sets of Thanksgiving themed make and trace mats:

Making Turkey Feathers

Making Corn On The Cob

Making Cherry Pie

Students will look at the included visual, and make the number of objects shown using play dough, candy corn, or pompoms. They will also trace each number and number word using a dry erase marker.

These sets are low-prep/no-prep and work great in math centers, morning tubs, fine motor centers and independent work stations.
