Word Families CVCE Words
These Word Families Find and Cover Activities include 8 unique low prep/no prep, hands-on activities that help students recognize and read word family words with CVCE patterns some include blends. Students read the words out loud, and cover up the correct words in each word family.
These word family activities can be used in a variety of settings including: literacy centers, independent workstations and small group instruction. Simply print, (laminate if you choose) place on a cookie sheet, and provide button magnets. No cutting or Velcro required! (YAY!)
