Teach and discuss appropriate and inappropriate behaviors in a fun and interactive way. The "Hungry Munchie Monster" Sensory Bin Behavior Center provides students with practice with identifying good and bad behavior choices. This center includes the Hungry Munchie Monster Rhyme that introduces the center. "I'm Hungry Munchie Monster. I'm here to help your day. I eat up the bad choices and make them go away." It also includes the "Hungry Munchie Monster" face for feeding, behavior cards, and "good choices" sorting mats, and "Think About It Sheet" that can be used as an extension of the center. At a sensory bin center, or as a small group activity, students look at the behavior cards and identify whether its a good or bad choice. They feed the bad choices to the "Hungry Munchie Monster" and put the good choices on the sorting mat. As an extension, a "Think About It Sheet," is included. Students that have made a bad choice can draw, write about it or use a picture to identify it. They will also identify a better choice, and feed the bad choice to the "Hungry Munchie Monster. If your students enjoy these activities, there is a Sensory Bin Activities Bundle that covers many themes!
