The "Are Vegetables" Flip Strips are a garden themed activity.  In this activity, students complete each sentence strip with a picture/word card and read the sentence. In this set, the picture card comes at the beginning of the sentence to complete the sentence "______ are vegetables."Set includes:  broccoli, lettuce, carrots, potatoes, radishes, artichokes, cabbages and onions. Flip strips build and reinforce beginning reading skills through repetition.
