This Halloween Adapted Book And Activities: "A Witch In A Hat," is a super fun Halloween themed adapted book that focuses on Halloween themed vocabulary, basic counting skills and story sequencing.

With this adapted book, the teacher or therapist reads the story while students follow along matching a number to each page, counting counting out the specified number of ingredients on each page and adding them to the witch's brew. After the story, students can practice counting the objects in the witch's brew and sequencing the story.
There are also several extension activities included, including: story sequencing, classification activities, and more.
"A Witch In A Hat," is a cumulative tale, so it offers many opportunities for repetition and practice.
